About Us

The premier function of Engineering Research Operations (ERO) is to provide the full array of high quality services and expertise to support the research mission of the Ohio State Universty. ERO seeks to promote awareness of the full body of quality resources and state-of-the-art research facilities available to the Ohio State University research community at large. ERO also provides oversight for the business and fiscal aspects of the OSU College of Engineering research facilities.
 

As a collaborative unit, ERO partners with multiple central and school-based groups to provide expertise and deliver effective research administration services, systems, tools and processes to support faculty and staff in soliciting, securing and managing extramural project funding. These groups include the Office of Sponsored Programs and the Industry Liason Office.
